Living... to make difference
The loss of a family member or friend is a difficult time. It is a time to attempt to put into perspective the life of a person and to celebrate all they have gifted others with. To arrange an appropriate service of thanksgiving for that persons life may be a daunting task, but one that must be organized in relatively short order. The clergy of this parish are willing to assist you to plan, organize and celebrate a service that is appropriate for your family and needs. We work in conjunction with the funeral home to meet your needs.
If you are in need of this service, please call Fr. Richard directly on his cell phone. The number is 905-706-2821
Generally speaking, a funeral service is held in either our church or funeral home with either the physical or cremated remains present, and usually shortly after the time of death. A memorial service is held when there is to be no physical remains present, and usually at a greater length of time following the death.
