Parish Hall

Seating Capacity:  175

   Our spacious, well-appointed parish hall is available for your special event at reasonable prices.

Room Rental:    $ 75.00/hour

(2 hour minimum; remember to add  decorating & dismantling time)

On-site personnel:     $25.00/hour

Set-up/tear-down fee:    $ 100.00

Non-refundable deposit    $ 100.00

    (included in the basic rate)

Security deposit    $ 500.00

    (cash or e-transfer)

We require third party liability insurance coverage for all events which can be purchased online through our insurance provider, Aon Reed Stenhouse. Rates vary when alcohol is served and/or minors are present.

When serving alcohol, a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) must be obtained from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) which is only available online.  You must also have a Smart-Serve certified bartender to pour and serve any alcohol.

Concert Venue

Seating Capacity:  240

    The worship area of our building is available for concerts, recitals, theatre, and choir performances.

Room Rental:    $75.00 / hour 

(2 hour minimum)

On-site personnel:     $25.00 / hour

Set-up/tear-down fee:    $100.00

    Beverages are not permitted in the worship area, plain water is the only  exception.

    You may hold an intermission in the Lounge and/or Lobby at no charge.  Should you wish to use the Parish Hall, additional fees will apply.  

Third party liability insurance coverage is required for all concerts, recitals, theatre, etc. including rehearsals. This can be purchased online through our insurance provider, Aon Reed Stenhouse,

Corporate & Private Meetings

Seating Capacity:     up to 300


Rates:  Reasonably priced, subject to group size.


Flat rate    $75.00/hour

(2 hour minimum)

Set-up/tear-down fee:    $ 100.00

Does not include kitchen facilities.

Parking Lot

We have 69 regular spaces plus 4 handicapped parking spaces. 

We rent our parking lot for a flat rate of $1,075 per 24-hr day or $15 per parking space.  

If possible, please leave a minimum of 6 spaces for the Priest and staff, parallel to Lawson Road 

and include one handicapped parking spot next to the church.
